چکیده

Herein, on the basis of expressions for refractive indices isonormal waves, possibility performing collinear phase matching optical parametric generation in arbitrary directions a biaxial KTA crystal under pumping by radiation YAG:Nd laser is analyzed. The tuning curves that determine range signal and idler type-I II-type phase-matching angles θ φ cases where carried out along angle at fixed vice versa are calculated. effective nonlinear coefficient determined. It shown their maximum value achieved аt polar = 90° type-II phase-matching. For case eye-safe spectral angular widths were estimated, as well gain KTA-OPO monochromatic pumping.
